A native of Staten Island, New York, Bob Tyson is the strategic managing partner of the 200+ attorney national trial law firm, Tyson & Mendes, author of the #1 best-selling book, Nuclear Verdicts®: Defending Justice for All, and co-founder of the pioneering insurtech company, Schaefer City Technologies.

Mr. Tyson has spent more than 30 years handling products liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and high exposure jury trials. He is especially known for his groundbreaking work on Howell v. Hamilton Meats, the multibillion-dollar case he argued and won before the California Supreme Court. The victory in Howell earned Mr. Tyson the prestigious California Lawyer of the Year (CLAY) award from the California Bar Magazine, among many other honors.

Mr. Tyson went to Villanova University.
