Now in its 13^th year, Zywave’s renowned Cyber Risk Insights Conference returns to London! This one-day, multi-track programme brings together the industry’s leading brokers, underwriters, reinsurers, cyber claims professionals and cyber service providers to discuss market trends, significant legal and regulatory developments in Europe and beyond, emerging exposures and managing cyber risk in a rapidly changing threat landscape.

Tom Wakefield joined Gallagher in May 2021. Following the acquisition of Willis Re, Tom was appointed CEO of Gallagher Re UK in December 2021. In June 2023, Tom became Global CEO of Gallagher Re to lead the Global strategy for the reinsurance business.

As part of Gallagher’s UK Executive Team, Tom was responsible for leading the ongoing expansion of Gallagher’s reinsurance operations, working closely with the wider senior management team to continue to drive the business’ ambitious growth agenda.

Prior to joining Gallagher Re, Tom spent more than 17 years at Aon most recently as COO for Global Re Specialty and led the Marine, Specialty and Composite reinsurance business, as well as being UK ‘Growth Leader’ for reinsurance solutions.
