Tracy-Lee Kus has been appointed as the Head of Global Broking Centre London on 1 September 2024, having previously served as Head of Commercial Risk, Asia Pacific and Head of North Asia.
With over 30 years of experience in both underwriting and broking, Tracy-Lee’s career has spanned South Africa, the United Kingdom and Asia.
As Head of Commercial Risk, Asia Pacific, Tracy-Lee led a team of over 3,500 colleagues across 16 locations. Together, they are focused on driving Commercial Risk’s strategies and the overall growth agenda to help Aon clients to protect and grow their business.
Tracy-Lee holds a B.Com. Hons. (Econ) from the University of the Witwatersrand and a B.Sc. Literature from The Open University. In 2024, she was recognised by Insurance Business Asia as one of their Elite Women.
