The Zywave Executive Council is an intimate, invitation-only gathering of senior insurance executives — built around one idea: real insight comes from honest, candid conversation among peers.

This fall, we're bringing the Zywave's Executive Council to California's celebrated wine country in Napa. Over three days, you'll join roundtable discussions on where AI is taking our industry, hear fresh thinking from outside experts, and share what's actually working with peers who understand the stakes. No sales agenda. No pitch decks. Just good people, real conversations, and a setting that makes room for both.

Outside of the formal meetings, there's time built in to unwind, take in the scenery, and keep the conversation going over a great meal or even a vineyard tour. The setting is deliberate - big ideas tend to surface when people are relaxed, not rushed.
